How Does the Sale process work?
Prior: We come in to access with suggestions on getting ready.
1. Remove personal belongings or items that you'd like to keep or put them in a designated area of home.
2. We bring in our crew to organize, itemtify and photograph items for sale with descriptions, like sizes when needed. (This can takefrom 2-5 days usually)
3. We create an online sale catalog on our platform to run the sale for 3-14 days (depending on size and items). During this time we schedule a preview period for buyers to make appointment to come and view items. Again, this will be facilitated by our folks.
4. The sale runs the course and we send out sale notices and invoices to the winners who will pick up & pay during the scheduled pickup period.
5. We access the unsaleble items to be designated for donation or dumpster. We will help you facilitate either. You will have donation receipt in your or estate name for tax purposes.
6. We generally pay out proceeds of sale with in 7 days of final payment.
