Professional Marketing & Staging

We specialize in selling your items while keeping large crowds out of your home and neighborhood. Our exclusive online-only auction paves the way for the easy, profitable, and confidential selling of whole households. List your property with REALTOR® Patty Brown. We will ask you to remove what you want to keep, and then we’ll market and sell the rest, including furniture, antiques, jewelry, collectibles, art, home decor, and tools. We can also assist with donations and garbage disposal after the sale.

How the Sale Process Works

Get Ready
Before the sale, we walk through the property and provide suggestions on getting ready.
Remove Personal Items
We remove personal belongings the owner would like to keep or secure them in a designated area inside or outside the home.
Organize, Identify, & Photograph
We bring in our crew to organize, identify, photograph, and add descriptions to the items for sale. This usually takes five to seven business days.
Online Sale Catalog
We create an online sale catalog on our platform to run the sale for three to ten days (depending on the size and item type). During this time, we also schedule a preview period facilitated by our team for buyers to make an appointment to come and view items.
Sale & Pickup
The sale runs the course, and we send sale notices and invoices to the winners. The new owners pick up the items and pay for them during a scheduled period.
Removal of Unsalable Items
We coordinate the cleanup of unsalable items and prepare the house for the market, including cleaning, repairs, etc.
Payout
We pay out the proceeds of the sale within seven days of the final payment.

Our Rates

We typically charge a 35% commission on sale proceeds over $15K and 40% when listing the home for personal property under $15K. That rate includes photography, basic marketing, sales, collection, and a line-by-line seller statement. If we take a sale that does not include real estate, the commission will vary based on the sale estimate.
We have the experience and compassion to assist in most hoarding situations.
We prioritize scheduling and fees for our real estate listing clients. By double-marketing the house and personal property together, we can get the house under contract several times before we are done with the personal property.

What We Sell

We organize each auction to be appealing to both men and women, young and old. Although we focus on furniture, collectibles, and home decor, we can sell everything from cars to lawnmowers. To sell your items quickly and efficiently, here are some good rules of thumb to follow:
  • Take pictures and email them to us.
  • Don't throw anything away until we talk. There is hidden money in things like old barn wood, etc.
  • Our specific commission is based on many factors.
